Job description

<p data-start="240" data-end="482">We are looking for a highly organized and proactive <strong data-start="292" data-end="325">Operations Manager (Non-Tech)</strong> to oversee and manage end-to-end operational activities across marketing, advertising, sales coordination, webinars, online courses, and client servicing.</p> <p data-start="484" data-end="649">This role requires strong leadership, process-driven thinking, and the ability to manage multiple teams while ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of tasks.</p>

Qualifications

<ul> <li data-section-id="rt9x86" data-start="2552" data-end="2616">3&ndash;5+ years of experience in operations management (non-tech)</li> <li data-section-id="1csgcte" data-start="2617" data-end="2704">Experience in marketing operations, ads coordination, webinars, or sales operations</li> <li data-section-id="18wzvew" data-start="2705" data-end="2755">Strong communication skills in Hindi &amp; English</li> <li data-section-id="1gdhq3a" data-start="2756" data-end="2837">Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and task management platforms</li> <li data-section-id="1r9hrtc" data-start="2838" data-end="2899">Ability to multitask, lead teams, and work under pressure</li> <li data-section-id="1j20246" data-start="2900" data-end="2972">Experience in digital or service-based business operations is a plus</li> </ul>

Responsibilities
